After many top-four finishes, the women's tennis team won the 1996 National Junior College Atheletic Association Championship. The players and coaches are, from left to right, Rosa Pons-Nunez, Tracy Hollinger, Edith Tieber, Azeb Kidane, Tiffany Odlum, Ella Ionescu, Vesna Mckenna, Adolfina Hadamofsky, head coach Tom Burke, and assistant coach Wil Gifford.
