| Abstract: | BCC and Broward County teamed up to open the North Campus Outreach Center in September of 1987. The college also opened the Carver Ranches Outreach Facility in Hollywood and a third facility on Sistrunk Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. They were designed to provide access to college and social service agencies, but did not produce the results the partners had hoped to achieve. | |
